The immigration issue is, I recognize, one that generates a lot of passion, but it does not make sense for us to want to push talent out.
We vigorously represent clients facing removal from the United States, defending their interests in immigration court and, if necessary, the courts of appeal, including the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) and the circuit courts. When necessary, we sue the immigration agencies to ensure their actions comply with the laws that regulate them.
We represent individuals facing any and all charges, including felonies, misdemeanors, traffic tickets and municipal violations in Northwest Arkansas, including, when necessary, post-conviction relief.
We help families reunite navigating the family immigration process, including family petitions processed by the U.S. consulates in the country of origin and the local U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (“USCIS”) offices.
U.S. immigration laws recognize benefits for victims of certain crimes, disasters and persecution. We help clients prove their eligibility for these benefits and navigate the complicated legal theories and deadlines that accompany them.
Sometimes people are citizens without even knowing it. Others have to apply for naturalization after having lived in the United States as lawful permanent residents for three to five years. Either way, we assist clients in filling out the appropriate paperwork, preparing them for the naturalization exam and attending any scheduled interviews.
We assist employers, businesses and investors pursue staffing and investment opportunities while ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws. Whether the goal is a temporary staffing solution or hiring a permanent employee, we can help.
