Janet Martinez, Senior Legal Assistant
Janet has been working with Nathan Bogart and in the legal field since January 2017. She focuses on consular processing, family petitions, and waiver preparation. She assists by working with clients to complete forms, obtaining all necessary evidence, and participating in client interviews. She uses her bilingual and customer service skills to communicate with our clients.
Janet is originally from Mexico, but has lived almost all her life in Arkansas, where she graduated from Springdale High School in 2011.
She is a mother of two and loves spending time with her kids and husband. In her spare time, she enjoys anything outdoors; and visiting her parents, siblings, and friends.

Diana Dominguez, Litigation Assistant:
Diana Dominguez is the ligation assistant for Bogart Immigration PLLC, assisting in the preparation of filings, pleadings and applications before the immigration courts and federal district courts, including cancellation of removal, asylum and adjustment of status applications.
She graduated from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO with an English Education degree. Currently, she is studying for a Master’s degree in Comparative Literature and Cultures at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
She is originally from Webb City, MO, but moved to Northwest Arkansas after graduation. Although she has lived in NWA for a little less than two years, she now calls this place her home.
Sarai Marrufo, Legal Assistant:
Sarai has been working with Nathan Bogart since February 2017. Her work is focused on the preparation of I-130s, but she also assists in other matters, including adjustment of status, naturalization and U visas.
Sarai is originally from Whittier, CA, but she has been residing in Northwest Arkansas since 2006. A new mom, Sarai enjoys spending time with her baby when not assisting in the office. She enjoys being in nature, going on walks with her family, and meeting new people.
She is an active member of her church, Calvary Tabernacle, in Bentonville where she supports her husband in his music ministry and serves in the Calvary Tabernacle Hispano.
Ana Rodriguez-Carrera, Translator:
Ana has been a translator for 6 years, mainly working with companies in Spain where she is originally from. She started working with Bogart Immigration in the beginning of the year and has found very rewarding the work done at this Law Firm, helping people from other countries specially.
Ana lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and kids, where everyday is a constant adventure outdoors.
Joy Jackson, Law Clerk:
Joy is currently a law student at the University of Arkansas. She assists in research and helps prepare various documents for filing. Joy loves learning all she can about immigration and hopes to pursue a full-time career in this field after graduating in 2019.
Originally from Oklahoma, Joy received her undergrad from BYU-Idaho. She has fallen in love with Northwest Arkansas and enjoys raising her family here. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, photography, and horseback riding.
